[ANN] Bram de Kruijff as a committer

Hi all,

A bit late, but I wanted to make sure all things related to his account were finished. I want to announce that Bram de Kruijff has been accepted as an ACE committer. Congratulations Bram, and welcome on board!

Hi all! Thanks all for having me :) I'm just your average Dutch guy
from The Netherlands. I have been working on OSGi based products for
some years now and involved in the Amdatu project where we rely
heavily on Ace.

Looking forward to making some contributions!
