[libcloud] new cloud hacker meetup in SF

Hi, all.

I've started a meetup to corral those who spend their evenings contributing
to cloud apis.   This group is cross-api and doesn't care about what
language people use, we meet in person and talk about things that all of us
deal with.  The only requirement is that you are transparently committed to
open source cloud projects.
