statsCache issue

Solr Version: 5.2.1

Container: Tomcat (still).

in SolrConfig.xml:

<statsCache class="org.apache.solr.search.stats.ExactStatsCache" />

However, I see the class is not plugged in.

in log file:

org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore; Using default statsCache cache:
org.apache.solr.search.stats.LocalStatsCache

Any reason why?

Thanks,

Jae
