[commit] XSL and deprecation

    Hi all,

Two things:
    - support for XSL stylesheets (see samples/tests/xsltest.svg with
the viewer). It uses Xalan 2.0 which is still in alpha version and has a
bug which makes it impossible to apply the XSL stylesheet from the
section 6.6 of the SVG spec (it's a known bug with the <?xml?>
processing instruction).
    - removed use of deprecated Thread API in MemoryMonitor.
