New Xalan PMC Chair
To the Apache Board:
The Apache XALAN PMC has elected Steven Hathaway to be the new chair.
Attached is the vote summary and acceptance note posted on the
Xalan Developer's mail list.

Note that this is only a suggestion for the board, which has to accept
the change of chair (and usually does).
The current chair needs to submit a resolution to the board, see for
example http://www.apache.org/foundation/records/minutes/2012/board_minutes_2012_06_20.txt
where the logging services chair was changed.
The change is only effective after the board votes on it.
