I'll look at this case the end of this weekend. I've been ill for a 
longer period and have not been able work on it.

An 1.3.1-installer excists, Troy Simpson made one and will problaby do so 
in the future as well. I know that he's been uploading an installer set 
to Subversion's development group, but that's problably not the right 
way to do it, so nothing happened after that, AFAIK :-)

I will look at all this the 17. (next monday).

The installer in the download area is the right one.  Jostein was just
mentioning that at the time nothing was placed into the download area
because I originally posted it to the wrong place.

I'm still waiting for things to be finalised so that I can make commits to
the installer part of the repository and for access to be able to place
files into the download area; I'll talk to Jostein about that later, unless
someone can clear this up for me?  Jostein has already been organising this,
but I'm not sure who he has been speaking to.
