Before doing as title, I want to check that is the {{StandaloneMiniCluster}} still in use?
 IIRC there once be a deprecation of `start-local.sh` but I don’t know if it is relevant.
 Further, this class seems unused in all other place. Since it depends on legacy mode, I wonder whether we can *JUST* remove it.
