reload of classes

Hi

I have quite a problem... 
I have a Running production system and the rate of small changes made to 
it is quite frequent and I'm not keen on restarting everytime I take 1 or 
2 classes over. 
I'm looking for a way to take the classes over and in some way make the 
system reload those classes. 

I dont want to enable the "Hot deploy" option, cause this decreases 
performance...
