Um, more than that, actually.

I got the moderation auto-message, but Matt's post had already gone
through, *before* I had replied saying yea or nay to the moderation
message.  (I replied yea anyway.)

This is typical.  I often get mod messages from ezmlm for posts that
have already appeared on the list.  I don't know if some other
moderator is accepting them, or if something's broken.
