Issues with site wikis

Hi Everyone,
There is something going on with the site wiki.  This has something to 
do with the wiki autoexport mechanism.  According to this infra doc
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/Cwiki
we are only supposed to externally expose links to the automatic static 
exported versions of wiki pages for scalability reasons. However it 
looks like due to some recent change that {code} blocks aren't working 
and the general style is off.  I've filed
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6059
about the issue.  I hope infra can resolve this quickly as traffic to 
the site is increasing as a result of the Hadoop Summit conference last 
week.

Thanks Kevin, filing the INFRA ticket was the right move and
we'll monitor it from there. If it needs anything else in a few
days we'll follow up.
