    Resolution: Not A Problem

The 4.0 /spell handler had "maxResultsForSuggest" set to 5, meaning that we need 5 hits to set "correctlySpelled" to true.  Had "maxResultsForSuggest" not been specified, the expected behavior would have occurred.
