Build failed with OFBiz 10.04

Hi,
I'm new to OFBiz and want to install it, but the following didn't work for
me:
- I downloaded and unpacked the zip from
http://ofbiz.apache.org/download.html
- I followed the instuctions on that page but the install process terminated
with the following message: BUILD FAILED build.xml:22: Cannot find
macros.xml imported from build.xml

I searched the directory for macro.xml but it is missing. How do I proceed
from here? Thanks in advance
