August Board Report

Hi all, 

The next board meeting is coming up on August 15th and we're due to 
report. We have a deadline to submit it at least one week prior 
(Wednesday, August 8th) to the meeting, however I need to submit it this 
week since I'll be offline for several days after Friday.

The Wiki page for the report is set up here: 
http://wiki.apache.org/xerces/August2012. As usual I'll cover Xerces-J and 
XML Commons. Could other committers please fill in the status for 
Xerces-C.
