Now that notification takes place on job delete, some of the UI tests fail, including ElasticSearch.

There are two basic solutions to this:
(1) ServiceInterruption for notifications should have a relatively short time of expiration, with a "skip" final result, or
(2) Delete notifications could be handled differently than other job complete notifications.

I prefer the former.
