I used version 1.9.0 and updated to 1.10.3. I ran upgradedb and started the webserver.

After the update the columns Recent Tasks and DAG Runs are blank. I checked the console of the webserver and there's no error. 

Locally I downgrade to 1.10.0 and the Recent Tasks worked but DAG Runs didn't. This time the console thrown an error because the table dag_stats doesn't exits (it's dropped when I updated to 1.10.3)

Maybe I missed something?
