TestYarnCLI tests for the number of write calls on mocked (spied) ByteArrayOutputStream.

The number of these writes for the test cases depends on JVM implementation internals, and differs between different Java versions.

The tests also do byte-by-byte comparison of the actual data written, do the invocation counting is completely redundant.

Remove invocation counting from these tests.
