Ping url generated dynamically

Hi all,

I have a JMeter test script and I need to ping a url that is generated
dynamically every day (it contains a date as a parameter). Is there any way
to get JMeter to ping such dynamic urls? I can get the date field through
the html page contents or an sql query. thanks in advance.
