rewriteguide
Hi ti all,
trunk/misc/rewriteguide.* files have been deleted, but (broken) link in
index is always here
(since I was translating rewriteguide.xml !)

A similar problem exists in sitemap.xml (2.2 and trunk). A patch to
solve this problem in trunk is attached here.

In fact, it was index.xml.fr expanded to
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/fr/index.html (french version)

Almost all the text from there is now in the docs under
manual/rewrite/, so the work is not wasted. You just need to
reorganize it a little.
