We need to fix the following issues in the procedure described here: [https://ignite.apache.org/docs/latest/persistence/snapshots#]

- The procedure doesn't seem to be up-to-date (the user says that it doesn't work for them): We need to check it and, if necessary, rewrite the outdated steps;

- The procedure is not complete: The 3c paragraph is not finished.
