You can use the JMeter Plugins to generate an aggregate report. Check it

Not directly.

You have to save the results to a file, and then load the file into
the aggregate report GUI.

Non-GUI mode deliberately does not invoke the GUI parts of Listeners.
This is mainly for performance reasons.
Also, almost all the GUI Listeners only make sense if the GUI can be
updated for each result.
How would that work in non-GUI mode?
