[jira] [Updated] (YUNIKORN-970) Add queue metrics with queue names as tags

Wilfred Spiegelenburg updated YUNIKORN-970:
-------------------------------------------
    Target Version: 1.5.0

Setting this up for 1.5.0. Unless you can get this updated in the next couple of days.

We need to consider backwards compatibility as mentioned in the PR by [~yzhangal]

Introduce the new metrics in 1.X together with the announcement of the deprecation of the existing ones in 1.X+1. We need a specific release for when we remove the existing ones. (like 1.X+2 or 2.0)...

> Please make it available to add a tag for a metric. For example, instead of
> default.yunikorn_queue_root_queueName_used_resource
> We like to have a metric named as default.yunikorn_used_resource and we could add queue name as a tag, e,g. root.testing
