SOAP for Java v3 Requirements/Specs?

Are there any existing documents that describe what will be contained in
the upcoming SOAP For Java v3 release?

We would like to use SOAP For Java in a new system we are beginning to
develop, but we are looking for certain features and would like to know
if they are planned. If anyone can point me to a document, I would
appreciate it.

Thanks!
