The diffs look good to me, but it sounds like this only solves part of hte problems, so we should probably file another bug to get the mgmt GUI 100% functional (for 2.1 maybe?).

This patch '0001-TS150_patch1.diff.patch' fixes the startup errors from Traffic Manager Web UI. Also the default now is to disable the Web UI until it can be worked on. The Web UI can be re-enabled at configure time via the configure flag '--enable-webui'.
