   Hello @potiuk,
   
   As per the requirement, I have added a host_proxy_cmd parameter to SSHHook and SFTPHook.
   I went ahead and worked on it before requesting an assignment—my apologies for that. I have raised a draft PR [here](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/44565). Could you please review it and let me know if I can proceed to open it for a formal review?
