[~shroti] I tried your setup by starting to instances, going to the web console of the first instance and then changing the "job consumer manager" configuration. This change is not propagated to the other instances. So at least with doing it this way it works as expected. Did you test it differently? If so please list all steps after the instances are up and running to reproduce it. Thanks
