   Specifically, for Au tests that don't require, debug trace output from plugins, use 3 instead of 1 for debug.enabled.  My guesstimate is that this would at most shave a percentage point or two off the load on our CI boxes from the AuTest check.  But maybe worth it since it runs so often?
