Apache.pm failed to load!

Hi,

When I try to start Apache I keep getting a message saying

# ./apachectl start
[Fri Jan 11 15:10:16 2002] [error] Can't locate Apache.pm in @INC (@INC 
contains: /usr/local/lib/per
l5/5.00503/sun4-solaris /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/sun4-solar
is /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 . /opt/apache/ /opt/apache/lib/perl) 
at (eval 2) line 3.

I tried copying Apache.pm from the CGI directory under 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503/CGI but now when I try to start Apache I just 
get:

# ./apachectl start
./apachectl start: httpd could not be started

The error_log says:

Failed to load Apache.pm!

Could anyone help me out please?
