   After many failed attempts (there were no errors in the logs), I managed to create the view. These are the steps that I've done just before successfully creating the view: 
   
   1. reset the supervisor's spec;
   2. terminate it;
   3. re-create it (using the same spec).
   
   I don't know why it worked.
