Christina Dunbar Hester's research on diversity issues in open source

Hi all,

I've been pointed towards the work of Christina Dunbar Hester [1] as
specifically of interest to this group. She has an upcoming book "Hacking
Diversity: The Politics of Inclusion in Open Technology Cultures" [2] [3]
and a lot of work available as PDF [4], including a few specifically on
Open Source.
