At runtime, the device framework won't fail until it encounters the plugin APIs exception. The framework can do a  fast fail check on a plugin to remind the user. But a better way as the supplement would be providing a tool to check the vendor plugin in a real environment.

For instance, check compatibility, check the reported devices do exist, make sure certain API stateless and so on.
