ComposableRequestProcessor: Seeking Feedback on code for configuring ActionContext implementation class

I didn't ever see this come to the struts-dev list, but I was 
wondering if anyone would care to have a look and offer some 
opinions.  I have a working method for specifying an implementation 
class of ActionContext in struts-config (rather than requiring 
subclassing of ComposableRequestProcessor).  From my experience 
building or helping to start 3 or 4 Struts 1.3 applications, it will 
be much nicer if this can be done in configuration in most cases, but 
I have a few reservations/hesistations outlined in:

That said, the code works.  Opinions welcomed.
