<p>The <tt>ImageOpReader</tt> component is used to serve binary image data in a
sitemap pipeline. It makes use of HTTP Headers to determine if the requested
resource should be written to the <tt>OutputStream</tt> or if it can signal that
it hasn't changed.</p>
