post-commit backup failing [GFI-T43878-40C9F5A063E09E1E]
My hook files do not appear to be firing.
I have a backup script and post-commit.bat attached that are supposed to backup my repository every commit. They aren't working, and after a little investigation, I am starting to believe that my post-commit.bat is not firing at all.
As a test I added "time /t > g:\path\hello.txt" as the only line in my and the file never got created.
Is there something I am doing wrong that is really obvious to anyone?
If you want, feel free to grab the backup script and use it, I can run it from the command line and it works beautifully.

I have looked in to this further trying to develop my own script. In the
post-commit.bat use full path:
@ECHO OFF
%SystemRoot%\system32\cscript.exe //nologo //B
%1\hooks\post-commit-wrapper.wsf %1 %2
This is what I had to do to get it to fire. Also try this for
WshShell.Exec() methods you are calling in your swf file.
I will submit my scripts, just have some touching up to do.

I've just tested your post-commit.bat-test and it fires as supposed to
(sending time to textfile).
Using apache 2.0.49, Subversion 1.0.4, on windows XP (for testing purposes)
The only thing I can think of is credentials. Is G: perhaps a mapped network
drive. That would account for your scripts failing, since it is running
under the apache account (defaults to system on windows I think).
