PDFBox issues warnings for PDFs which contain invalid contents, even though the contents is repaired by PDFBox. This message is usually not an error in the PDF but relates to a confusion in the PDF specification which has caused some recent issues, so we log it. The message will most likely be removed before 2.0 is released.
