Using mod_jk 1.2.2 with Windows Server 2003 IIS 6

I am trying to set up Windows Server 2003 and use mod_jk 1.2.2 to connect
between IIS 6 and Tomcat.

I have followed the same installation instructions that I used with IIS 5 on
Win2k but I am unable to get the ISAPI filter to load.

Has anyone been successful in getting this to work? Are there any hints?
