> On latest build I toggled the 'ACID Transactions' config hoping to see the values of 5 other configs change - which did not happen. One of the reasons is that the value for the toggle is 'on'/'off' but we send 'true'/'false'. Even if it did send on/off, and API returned changed values for 5 other configs, UI does not change for those 5 configs.
> In this JIRA we need to make sure that depended_by configs actually change their values in UI when given by API.
