Teller and Cashier Permissions

Hi Dev!

What permission can i allow for a user to operate teller/cashier 
operations of allocating and settling cash only?

I have allowed my user all the  privileges under permission of Cash_mgmt 
but when i login i can't find the Teller/Cashier Management link

Yes, this is a bug  related to teller/cashier. I have rised the issue here.
