CXF WS client request missing envelope tag

HI, 

   I created one CXF producer as WS client using cxf:cxfEndpoint .  As
default it is POJO format so that I instantiate one java object  from WSDL
client stub type class of request .  I can see request message is created
with xml format but somehow it did not include any soap envelope .  Can
anyone help on what is reason ?
