The utility method {{StreamExecutionEnvironmant.generateSequence(()}} should instantiate the new {{NumberSequenceSource}} rather than the existing {{StatefulSequenceSource}}.

We should also deprecate the {{StatefulSequenceSource}} as part of this change, because
  - it is based on the legacy source API
  - it is not scalable, because it materializes the sequence
