Looks like when the upgrade tests fail, it is not copying files from:
{code}
./compose/upgrade/upgrades/non-rolling-upgrade/1.1.0-1.2.0/result/docker-*.log
{code}
to
{code}
./compose/upgrade/result/
{code}

Appended {{-v}} to {{cp}} command in {{copy_results}} to figure this out.

In theory we need to make sure {{copy_results}} is called even when a test case fails.
