Refactor jclouds-chef according to the new project structure (as done in jclouds-labs):

* Move pom configuration from project/pom.xml to root pom.xml
* Remove project and resources modules
* Create a new exanmple "chef-gae" in jclouds-examples
* Move servlet and demos projects to the "chef-gae" example
* Move constants and stuff in core that is only used in the gae example to the "chef-gae" example project.
