9.04 entityEngine.xml

I am installing a 9.04 from the release.
I notice that every datasource is
localderbyolap except for other.

The default use to be localderby.
Technically, for demo, I don't see this a  problem, uless someone wants
to remove test datasource and not the others.

However it is better to use different datasources, in production for
olap  since it is really a data-warehouse layout and makes datasource
work more than if seperate, and test data can be dealt with easier.

if not doing this, then in the entityengine.xml at least comments such
for newbies.
