Currently, the page titles of the main pages of our web sites (for instance http://directory.apache.org/) do not have meaningful title tags. The templates which export confluence content to static html have to be adjusted.
Values for the titles tags have been discussed here
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/DIRxPMGT/Titles+of+Web+pages
Please use them and replace the "Home" in the template with the values depicted there.
