Isis configuration files - new page on site

fyi, I've just added a new page [1] to the website describing how Isis
reads its configuration files (isis.properties and any supplementary config
files).

You'll also see that I've updated the quickstart example app
(wicket_restful_jdo) so that wicket and restfulobjects-specific
configuration live in their own supplementary config files (similar to
persistor_datanucleus).

This is described further on [1].
