o.a.h.hdfs.server.namenode.NameNodeRpcServer#blockReport calls a function in for debug mode, which uses the StorageBlockReport data passed in by the test TestDeadDatanode#testDeadDatanode. The report block list is an long array of size 3 in the test, but the blockReport expects the format of long array of size 5.
