[Bug 64026] New: Write error in PAN Newsreader

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64026

            Bug ID: 64026
Summary: Write error in PAN Newsreader
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.5-HEAD
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: All
          Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: eschnod@protonmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Sorry, but it is very unclear to me where to get support for the PAN newsreader
so I apologize if I misdirected this.
Pan seems to function correctly except for downloading files. Headers are
downloaded and image preview does work. Any download or save attempt causes an
error file to be placed in the download directory. File contents say: ERROR:
Write error on target file C:\Users\Craig\AppData\Local\Temp\uuOKNRC0: Bad file
descriptor

Pan Version is .146. I'm running windows 10 64bit.
I've tried this on 2 different computers with the same result.
If I change the save directory, the error file goes to that new directory.

It also seems that the temp directory gets crowded with files similar to the
one in the path above. (uuOKNRC0)

Please advise.
Thanks
