I am not able to find anything but an empty logs directory at the URL:
  http://people.apache.org/builds/struts/tiles/
instead I can see following the information on the tiles web site:
  http://struts.apache.org/struts-sandbox/tiles/
that there is something here:
  http://people.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/org/apache/struts/tiles/tiles-core/
but the last build dates back to 09-Jul-2006 and I am not able to build from the svn repository using maven2
