Hi, 

When you complete registration are you seeing the re-captcha dialog box? 
There seems to be a possible SSL error with the site that is hosting it, which is why it is not displaying, and thus registration will not complete. 

I'll see if we can't alert Google, as the SSL cert is theirs.  For now if you manually visit,   https://api-secure.recaptcha.net  first, and accept the cert the signup will work.
