   添加ShareStatsForNewSocket的目的是？目前看该函数的引入可能造成bug，具体表现是：
   在multi模式下，名字服务更新ip port, 删除旧main socket时，由于multi下socket创建时调用ShareStatsForNewSocket导致share part引用计数无法归零，无法删除main socket。以上已经通过UT验证。
