[Issue 126876] New: Edit toolbar button on read-only file does not work on second click

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126876

          Issue ID: 126876
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Edit toolbar button on read-only file does not work on
                    second click
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: open-import
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: spencer8@sbcglobal.net

I download a .csv from firefox by choosing "open in OpenOffice." It comes up
in Calc read-only. I click the toolbar "edit" button. I get a dialog saying
"The document cannot be edited, perhaps due to missing access rights. Do you
want to edit a copy?" [y/n]

This is suspect. I'm an administrator user, the document is stored in my own
AppData/Local/Temp folder, so I should clearly be able to edit it. From here,
I've taken two paths:

 - Click "yes," get a new document that looses the original name, and close it,
returning to the original .csv
 - Click "no" and return to the original .csv

In either case, the original .csv is still read-only. Clicking "edit" a second
time has no effect. I don't get the permission/copy dialog, it doesn't change
the current csv to writable, and I cannot edit it at all except to save-as and
manually re-open.
